Promotion

1. The sales promotion is valid for a limited time only.
2. The promotion offers a 5% discount on the total cost of staff Medicals for the eligible sectors mentioned above.
3. Companies must book their staff Medicals at one of Care Net Consultants’ four fixed clinics, located in Midrand, Elandsfontein, Gqeberha, and Brackenfell.
4. The discount is applicable only to the medical examination fees and does not apply to additional services, treatments, or any other charges incurred during the process.
5. The promotion is subject to availability – all bookings for Saturdays must be booked and confirmed by noon (12h00) the Friday before.
6. Companies must provide accurate and complete information when booking their staff Medicals. Any false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of the promotion and additional charges may apply.
7. The 5% discount cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or offers.
8. Care Net Consultants reserves the right to modify or terminate the sales promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, any bookings made prior to the termination date will still be eligible for the discount.
9. The discount is non-transferable and has no cash value. It can only be redeemed towards staff Medicals for the eligible sectors mentioned in clause 1.
10. Care Net Consultants is not responsible for any additional costs, such as transportation or accommodation, incurred by companies because of participating in this promotion.
11. By participating in the sales promotion, companies agree to comply with these terms and conditions and any decisions made by Care Net Consultants regarding eligibility and promotion administration.
