The Occupational Health and Safety Act requires every employer to provide information, instruction, training and supervision so that work is done safely. Training is not optional extra; it is how you meet the duty. We deliver it and keep the record.

How long are the courses?
Most are one day, including working at heights, SHE representative, fire marshall, confined space entry and first aid levels 1 and 2. First aid level 3 is five days and basic rigging is one to two days. We confirm the exact duration with you.
How often is refresher training needed?
Competency is not once and forever; workers need refresher training to stay current. The cycle depends on the course and your risk, and we confirm it for your team and track who is due, so a certificate is renewed before it lapses.
Do you only train people who use your medicals?
No. We train any employer's workers. Where a worker also needs an occupational medical, such as a fitness medical to work at height, Care Net can do that too, so the medical and the training sit with one partner.

Yes. We can open and manage your contractor health and safety file in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Construction Regulations, so the documentation is kept and ready for an audit.
