Prepare for a smooth visit when you come for your next occupational medical. To avoid queues, make a booking with your Account Manager. Remember to bring the following: 

  • Man Job Spec Form or an OHS Annexure 3 Form (construction industry) completed by the employer.
  • ID or Passport – note that an examination cannot be conducted without identification.
  • Assistive devices (glasses/ hearing aids).
  • Audiologist report (if applicable).
  • Take chronic medication as usual.
  • Avoid: noise, food, sugar, energy drinks and smoking 1 hour before the medical.
